Return Policy

At Suitpure, we are committed to providing the best service to our valued customers. If you find any quality issues with the product after receiving the package, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to resolve any issues for you and ensure that you receive the products you love.

Please note that any after-sales request must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the product. Our refund policy varies by product; please refer to our refund policy page or contact us for more information.

Note: Any item returned without prior notice and contacting us will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that our suits, blazers, and related items are made to order, and we will process the order immediately after receiving payment. Once the tailoring process begins, labor and material fees will be incurred.
  • Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
  • Once the order is confirmed, please contact us at service@suitpure.com within 24 hours. Upon cancellation of the order, you will receive a full refund.
  • Within 24–72 hours, you will receive a 70% refund of the product price and a 100% refund of the shipping fee.
  • If it is more than 72 hours, you will get a 50% refund of the product price and a 100% refund of the shipping fee, as we may have already crafted your suit, blazer, or set.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. (However, we are happy to assist you with returns after you receive the goods.)
  • To protect the rights and interests of both parties, returns must be requested within 7 days for processing. No refunds will be given for requests made after this period. Thank you for your understanding.
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you need to change any information, please reply to the email within 24 hours.

Return Policy

 Applicable to all standard size orders

If you are not satisfied with the suit, blazer, trousers, skirt, or other standard size items, we will refund you. But please note that shipping and rush fees are not refundable. In addition, the shipping cost of returning the item will be borne by you (the customer). Therefore, please check your size and color selection carefully before placing an order to avoid any problems.

For any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped standard size items (e.g., Business Suits, Casual Blazers, Blazer Dresses), we will remake one and send it to you, or refund the full amount, including shipping and rush fees (if applicable). Please provide pictures as proof of quality problems.

The goods must be shipped back within 15 days (including weekends) after receipt. Therefore, please contact our customer service so that your return can be processed as soon as possible.

 All Custom Orders

Custom suits, tailored blazers, 3-Piece Sets, or personalized Blazer Dresses are made exclusively for you, not for others. Therefore, please understand that we cannot accept returns on custom items. However, if you find any item is damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we will refund or resend it to ensure you have a worry-free shopping experience.

If the custom item you received is damaged or defective due to Suitpure, please email service@suitpure.com as soon as possible. Our team will review your request promptly and take all necessary measures.

 Return Conditions

The following items are not returnable:
  • Custom size suits, blazers, or bottoms
  • Custom color items
  • Fully custom-made products
  • Final sale items
All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact. Any items with obvious wear, alterations, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please do not return items to us without prior approval. If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team first to obtain approval and further instructions. Orders with unauthorized returns may be rejected, and we want to ensure that your returns are processed smoothly and efficiently.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted 15 days after receipt.

(* Suitpure reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns. We also reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise and return the merchandise at the customer's expense if the return does not meet the specified conditions.)

 Return Method

Please submit a return request via email (service@suitpure.com) within 15 days of receiving your order to ensure that you are eligible for a return.

Please provide photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem, including quality issues, damage during shipping, wrong color/style/size.

All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and with original tags and packaging.

Please contact us for the return address. Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

Please send the item back in the original packaging we used.

Please send us the tracking number of your return package. (Without this information, we cannot arrange a refund.)

You will be required to pay for shipping from your address to Suitpure when returning an item. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

⑤ Shipping Insurance for Return/Exchange

If you purchased shipping insurance at the time of order, you may apply for shipping cost compensation when initiating a return or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Applicable scenarios: This compensation applies to return/exchange requests caused by non-quality reasons (e.g., size mismatch, color dissatisfaction) that meet our return conditions (see Section ③). For returns/exchanges due to quality issues, shipping costs are already covered by us as specified in Section ① and ②.
  • Application process: After obtaining approval for your return/exchange from our customer service team (via service@suitpure.com), please keep the original shipping receipt (e.g., courier invoice) and submit it to our team along with your return tracking number.
  • Compensation details: The shipping insurance will cover the actual return shipping cost (up to the maximum limit specified in the insurance terms at the time of purchase). The compensation will be processed within 3–5 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item and verify the shipping receipt, and will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping insurance does not cover additional costs such as express delivery surcharges, packaging fees, or re-shipping fees for exchanges (unless otherwise specified in the insurance terms). For more details, contact our customer service team.

Exchange Policy

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange for the same item (e.g., a replacement Business Suit or Blazer Pairing), please email service@suitpure.com.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject any unreasonable returns, such as if you provided the wrong size, but we offer free exchanges. You will be required to pay for shipping from your address to Suitpure when returning an item.

Advice

All of our suits, blazers, and tailored items are hand-sewn to ensure a perfect fit. While we strive to craft each piece to the specified size, please note that the finished item may vary by approximately one (1) inch in both directions. Please note that there may be slight differences due to manual measurement.

We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery, even before removing any tags or discarding the original packaging. If you need to return an item, you must actually return the item with all tags, labels (including leather labels if any), protective packaging and padded packaging. If there is an anti-theft device, please keep it as well. If the anti-theft device is removed, the return policy will not be enforced and you will not be able to get a refund.
