Please note that any request regarding an after-sale problem must be issued within 15 days after the item arrives. And our refund policy is product-specific, so please refer to our refund policy page or contact us for more information.

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method.

Order Processing Time

Before shipment, all orders undergo strict verification, quality inspection, and careful packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

  • Special/Custom Items: 3–7 business days
